Just came back from Sepang Track Day and is uber tired. Yet again another S15 6 Speed Gearbox has died. It happened on my friends S15 while on the back straight changing from 3rd to 4th gear. The gear just popped out and suddenly a tak tak tak tak sound was heard. It wasn't a good sign and once back to the pits, found out it is the gearbox has finally died.
Overall it was a fun weekend full of thrills and spills. Can't wait to have my future car for a trackday like this....

sounds scary,after so much comment bout the s15 gearbox.thinking to convert mine to 5 speed.btw,how many hp ur fren s15 running?
the main shaft of the gearbox broke....my fren running stock turbo with around 320-340bhp...and his HKS Twin plate clutch springs went into the gearbox as well, only 2 of them... anyway just play till ur 6 speed dies 1st then only convert.... but a twin plate with the s15 gearbox is a big nono...hehe
